About
Mike Cary studied family businesses as a Graduate Scholar at Loyola University Chicago – Family Business Center. Later he had an opportunity to work on succession planning with a closely-held family owned business. He then found appreciation and success with comprehensive employee ownership, assisting the family business with transitioning to an ESOP.
Since then he has provided advice to other businesses to help them understand the benefits and structure of an ESOP. Mike now resides in Madison, WI assisting owners in their exit plan and supporting employee ownership as a beneficial solution.
